As more young people have survived cancer,their needs are becoming more recognized. Many of these survivors have been active in creating and/or being involved in developing, many of the resources, organizations, and social networking opportunities now available. Since leukemia is the most common type of childhood cancer, and many patients with leukemia undergo transplants, the selected resources listed below may be of interest those undergoing BMT today. To date, there is no specific resource that we know of exclusively for young adult BMT survivors; however many young people are active participants in the BMT-Talk online discussion list.
